**What you’ll do**:

- Demonstrate the day-to-day behaviors and actions that align with and strengthen Lake Country Co-operative’s vision, mission, vales, brand and focus on safety
- Work alongside a Pharmacist to provide weekend medication-related service delivery
- Administer opioid agonist therapy and other medications according to witnessed/directly observed therapy standards
- Maintain confidentiality at all times
- Ensure compliance with all federal and provincial acts, regulations and guidelines
- Actively engage in two-way communications with clients to ensure optimal safety and provision of services
- Educate clients as required
- Maintain a system of verbal and written communication regarding client care and services
- Make client safety and quality improvement a priority
- Embody our values of Honesty, Innovation, Responsibility and Respect

**Who you are**:
You are looking for a unique role in community healthcare and:

- Are a SK licensed LPN certified to administer medications and are in good standing with SALPN
- Have interest in supporting vulnerable clients living with addiction, mental health disorders and homelessness
- Have prior experience working with opioid agonist therapy for vulnerable populations
- Are compassionate, empathetic, reliable, and trustworthy
- Are attentive to detail and able to remain calm under pressure
- Are able to routinely work weekends and statutory holidays
