Reporting to the Prince Albert Home Centre Team Leader, responsibilities for this position include the following:
- Demonstrate the day-to-day behaviors and actions that align with and strengthen Lake Country Co-operative's vision, mission, values, brand and focus on safety
- Maintain a safe and efficient area while adhering to company policies, procedures,
- Assist guest with item selection and make recommendations based on an inquiring approach
- Have familiarity with all store operations and supervise the operational team in their daily duties
- Provide Legendary pump island and instore service; serve guests, dispense fuel and propane
- Perform receiving of merchandise, stocking, operation of pointofsale systems, pricing, displaying, selling, conduct inventory counts
- Maintain cleanliness, rotation and order of merchandise and load products into customer vehicles as assigned
- Follow company policies and procedures related to complaints and warranty
- Engage and interact with guests to create a positive shopping experience
- Perform other duties as assigned

You are looking for a career in Home & Building Products and Customer Service:
- You are honest and trustworthy, are results orientated, and strive to be the best in the work that you do
- You are well organized, capable of attaining a high level of production, with a minimum amount of supervision
- Customer service experience especially in the CRS would be considered an asset
- You believe in building relationships and collaborating to deliver solutions that matter most, and you recognize the value that different perspectives bring to meet shared objectives.
- You're attentive to detail and have strong cash management skills
- You have an ability to fulfill physical job requirements standing, working inside and outside, lifting 20 to 25 pounds regularly
- You have POS experience and have the ability to work in a fast paced, guest facing environment
- You have a flexible work schedule including weekends, evenings and holidays
- You must be willing to obtain WHMIS and propane dispensing certification
