**Purpose and Objectives**

Reporting to the Global Director Commercial Programs for CRC, the Cloud Renewal Executive C2CEP/Program Specialist is a member of the Cloud Renewal Center organization. This role, in alignment with internal roles, is responsible for the following topics:

- Promote and evangelize the usage of SAP Programs to support customer satisfaction and retention
- Minimize CCB impact on cloud restructure transactions
- Commercial Management of SAP Cloud to Cloud Extension Program within their region

**Expectations and Tasks**
- Ability to comfortably present to both internal and external customers
- Business acumen and critical thinking required to analyze cloud transactions
- Support and/or lead must-win cloud restructure deals for the regions and remove deal obstacles, working with regional CSS COOs
- Directly interact with GM, VPs, AEs, CSP
- Educate and enable field sales and other internal departments on the Cloud to Cloud Program criteria
- Provide reporting as required to management

**Qualifications**:

- Services Sales Oriented: possessing the ability to diagnose, analyze, and succinctly discuss deal problems, develop the urgency to solve those problems, and commit internal stakeholders to a realistic plan of action that will produce mutually beneficial results.
- Team Oriented: demonstrates the comfort and ability to synergistically work with others to achieve a common goal without compromising one’s own identity.
- 5 years minimum of industry experience and background
- Comfortable and experienced with senior audiences and a very professional and mature customer interfacing profile
- Energetic and goal-oriented
- Judgment: ability to demonstrate consistent logic, rationality and objectivity in decision making.
- Achieves good balance between quick decisiveness and slower, more systematic approaches.
- Independence: Functions successfully without much supervision and stays focused.
- Standards of performance: Strives and consistently achieves quality results, exhibits conscientiousness, dedication, self-discipline and responsibility.
- Proficient knowledge in excel, internal SAP systems, (Cloud Reporting, CPQ, etc.)
