Vaughan, Canada 180 Smoke Full time

Full-Time, Salaried Position (37.5 hours/week)

Reports directly to the Area Manager of the responsible region. Primarily responsible for driving sales and team development as well as delivering global process and strategy implementation in alignment with 180 Smoke overall organizational objectives.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversees performance management, facilitates training and retail sales skill improvements with retail sales associates
- Responsible for scheduling, onboarding, corrective action, and terminations where required
- Controlling shrink to target through delivering Loss Prevention practices as directed
- Responsible for cash management and cash deposits
- Delivers consistent coaching to improve key performance indicators
- Responsible for team accountability to policy and process
- Delivering a top level customer experience atmosphere which fosters team buy in
- Working in support with corporate marketing team partners to drive brand and location awareness while ensuring in-store merchandising is delivered to directive.
- Maintain positive and consistent communication practices with internal and external stakeholders
- Open and close the physical store on schedule and follow all store, mall, landlord and company procedures and directives
- Deliver above-target results on Scorecard (store audit) initiative results
- All other corporate directed store related ancillary functions when applicable

Qualifications:

- At least 2 years of experience in a retail store supervisor (or similar) role
- Excellent listening and communication skills, able to effectively transfer information to customers and colleagues while making them feel comfortable and motivated
- Self-motivated, able to carry out projects AZ to directed standards with mínimal supervision and with proven ability to guide your professional development
- Able to address coaching plans, corrective measures and customer complaint resolution
- Possess the ability to learn and utilize all store systems and computer programs as directed

180 Smoke Vape Store is a quality oriented, socially conscious brand, emphasizing Tobacco and Combustion Harm Reduction by the use of novel tools like electronic cigarettes, electronic hookah and other combustion-free alternatives. Something for all types of smokers.

Locations to be managed:
1) 7941 Jane St, Unit 2, Concord, ON (Head Office Retail Location)
2) TBD - but will be located in an accessible area to location (1)

Note: Salary is listed, but part of this role's compensation is paid through a commission and bonus structure based on individual and store targets. The salary range represents the base pay + maximum that you could achieve based on actual individual achievements in this bonus structure.

Pay: $38,000.00-$48,000.00 per year
