Base Works Loader Operator

DeFord Contracting Inc. is looking for an _experienced and hardworking _**Loader Operator **for Civil Construction city projects in and around the Greater Edmonton Area.

**Responsibilities**:

- Base work, subgrade work, gravel placement, load trucks
- Backfilling foundations
- Comply with safe working procedures and practices
- Assist with a variety of job operations

**Qualifications**:

- 2+ years’ experience - _experience working in civil construction is considered an asset_
- Experience with grades
- Ability to place granular and soils within reasonable grade
- Certifications and/or licenses appropriate to industry
- Valid driver’s licenses and reliable transportation
