To support the on-going growth of our business, we are currently seeking a Loader Operator :with superior time management skills to join our busy GRIS team. The role is responsible for the safe operation of a loader in our GRIS yard for the purpose of transporting scrap metal materials on-site. The ideal candidate will be safety conscious, have previous experience operating a loader or other heavy equipment, sound judgment, and a positive can-do attitude.

This shift will be a day shift - Monday to Friday from either 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. There is the potential for overtime, including Saturday's, workload dependent.

The hourly rate range for this position is $24.00-$32.00 per hour. Wage may be negotiated based upon experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate loader in a safe and effective manner
- Load and off-load materials to and from other equipment or customer vehicles
- Move materials/product over short distances around yard site
- Pile, spread, or sort product by grade for appropriate placement on site
- Understand product/material information
- Clean and service equipment as scheduled or required
- Other assigned work as required

Education and Experience:

- 3-5 years' experience operating heavy equipment, ideally a loader
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Positive attitude
- Excellent communication skills
- Safety conscious
