Key skills required for the job are:

Ø Manage the project lifecycle from initiation to completion, including planning, execution, monitoring and control, and project close-out.

Ø Define project scope, objectives, and requirements in consultation with stakeholders, and ensure that project goals align with the overall business objectives.

Ø Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress against these plans to ensure timely delivery of project deliverables.

Ø Identify project risks and issues and develop mitigation and contingency plans to minimize their impact on project outcomes.

Ø Ensure compliance with project management processes and standards and adhere to project management best practices.

Ø Possess good knowledge in product implementation using Microsoft stack and the banking/retail domain.

You are responsible for nurturing client relationship and be the focal point of contact for Wipro’s overall program delivery in the account.

Represents Wipro and deals with executive team of the client organization. As a Senior Partner, you are responsible to function as a trusted advisor for clients. You should be able to lead clients' strategies, business models, and architectures, and may provide an advisory role in the later stages of requirements definition, design, and execution. You should be able to act as a transformation change agent.

Proven track record in handling multi-site delivery and coordinating demand-supply resource management for complex programs/projects. Ability to create and manage the SOWs with clients and portfolios. Ability to run complex projects under SLAs and manage Service Arrangements.

Presentation of development & test strategies and plans to senior stakeholders both internally and externally. Accurate and comprehensive metrics and reports on testing progress/issues and remedial action. Develop strong and effective working relationships with Project management, Business Analysis, IT Development/Support teams.

PMP certification is preferred.

**We need Project manager who has:

Good delivery experience, I mean they have done planning, execution, collaboration, stakeholder management, typical standard project managers.

While this role requires them to manage a product implementation. But I'm sure you know, we may or may not get people with that experience if we are able to get people with some product implementation experience,

This is not a ERP system. This is a origination platform built on Microsoft Stack, so they should be hands on with some of the technical skills.

Not that they would be expected to code or anything, but they should be able to understand some of those technical nuances that are there.

And hence I'm looking for somebody who is.

Who has a in in depth delivery experience, are into planning, they are into tracking execution, and they are interesting.

That is the project management requirement.
