**Job description : Pool Plaster Finisher**

**About us**:
**We are currently looking to hire new crew members who are committed to working together in a team environment. Training will be provided to teach what some consider to be a dying art. We are a niche skilled trade devoted to providing the best quality of service in the pool plaster industry. Plasterrock Pools is a pool plaster finishing company located in the Stouffville/Gormley area.**

**What you will do**
- **Team members will meet at the shop in the early morning, load whatever equipment is needed, and then leave for the job site.**:

- **Crew members will be required to work in spike shoes along with other pairs of footwear to complete the process.**:

- **Some heavy lifting is required along with other physical activities.**

**Who you are**
- **Preferred background in construction/skilled laborer.**:

- **Team oriented worker.**:

- **Highly motivated.**:

- **Willing to learn new skills.**:

- **Not easily distracted.**:

- **Must Possess a valid g license along with a clean driving record.**:

- **Good communication skills.**

**Working environments**
- **Work season ranges from march/April till the end of December. Employees will collect E.I in the off season.**:

- **The work week will be Monday to Friday along with Saturday’s for busy parts of the season.**:

- **Most job sites are residential backyards.**:

- **Temperatures in the pool tend to be more excessive than outside.**:

- **Hard physical work is required in this job.**:

- **Some commercial job sites which require additional PPE.**

**Pay scale and benefits**
- **Pay rates will start at 25-30$/hour based on experience.**:

- **Employees will be paid 1.5x on Saturday’s.**:

- **Benefits after probationary period.**:

- **Guaranteed performance based raises.**:

- **End of year bonus as well as 10 % vacation pay.**

**Salary**: From $25.00 per hour
