**Job Summary**:
**Duties**:

- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls efficiently
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Perform data entry tasks accurately
- Assist with basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks
- Maintain office supplies inventory
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed

**Skills**:

- Proficiency in QuickBooks for basic bookkeeping tasks
- Familiarity with Google Suite for office productivity
- Previous experience in a dental office setting is a plus
- Strong customer support skills with a focus on excellent service
- Administrative skills including proofreading and organizing documents
- Ability to computerize data accurately
- Knowledge of phone systems and proper phone etiquette
- Excellent customer service skills
