- Your past experience has prepared you to take on a leader role - you have the knack for planning out a marketing strategy and generating buy-in from key players.
- You are a do-er Not only will you be developing marketing strategy and engaging each location in the marketing plan, you will also take the lead role in creating and publishing all content.
- You consider yourself to be highly personable and influential with the ability to build relationships - you will be working and brainstorming with a diverse set of Managers at each of our locations.
- You possess a high degree of creativity and vision with the ability to produce a finished product while understanding the brand awareness of each location.
- Your organizational skills allow you to successfully take on many different projects at once - you will be working with a large portfolio
- Your strong written and verbal communication skills provide the ability to present ideas and information clearly.

**Key Job Responsibilities**:

- Develop a strategic marketing plan and content for each location while engaging key stakeholders in executing.
- Promote brand awareness, sales promotions, and Davis culture through all marketing efforts
- Establish and oversee the content strategies for social media on all platforms for up to 4 businesses.
- Schedule and conduct regular marketing meetings with department managers to review, brainstorm and plan marketing campaigns, content and strategies.
- Drive creative marketing efforts and execute on creative delivery through Graphic Design, Photography, Videography/ Cinematography, Video Editing and VFX.
- Manage and grow social media presence, while using social media scheduling software to manage organic content.
- Build and manage Google Ads campaigns for search Ads, Google Partner Network and YouTube.
- Analyze marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies
- Conduct market research to find answers about consumer requirements, habits and trends
- Graphic design for print including correct file orientation and submission to trade printers.
- Engage and monitor media buys (Radio, Billboards, Magazines, Sponsorships etc.)
- Engage and monitor budget management planning and Co-op.

**Qualifications**:

- Post-secondary Degree in Marketing, New Media or proven portfolio with proficiency in creative execution.
- Proven work experience with managing social media platforms for an organization or business
- Proven track record developing and managing Google Ads campaigns, Meta Business manager, Meta Ads Manager and Meta Data Sources.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access),
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, Audition and After Effects).
- Sound knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics GA4, SEMRush, AHREFS etc.)
- Excellent analytical skills and a knack for data analysis
- Skilled in copywriting and editing content with a strong attention to detail
