Must be willing to work weekends on call, 7 days a week, daytime hours

Operate blowers, use shovels for sidewalk clearing answer and respond to texts or slack messages to confirm for shifts. Be prepared during for calls during weather conditions calling for heavy snow falls

Compliance with quality and safety standards Have appropriate work gear and safety gear (winter boots required).

Have consistent and reliable transportation - many of our sites are not easily accessible via public transit.

Proper use of required personal protective equipment on crew.

Ensuring proper use, care and inventory of company vehicles, equipment and tools

**Job Type**: casual, on-call, weekend
