Position: Cabinet Installer

Location: Nepean, ON

**Job Type**: Contract

**Responsibilities**:

- Installation Expertise: Execute precise and efficient cabinet installations, including cabinetry and countertops, ensuring adherence to design specifications and quality standards.
- Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, designers, and other team members to coordinate installation schedules and ensure seamless project execution.
- Problem Solving: Identify and troubleshoot installation challenges, providing effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction and project success.
- Customer Interaction: Communicate professionally with clients, addressing questions and concerns during the installation process, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Quality Control: Conduct thorough quality inspections post-installation to guarantee the highest level of craftsmanship and compliance with company standards.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Cabinet Installer with a minimum of 1 year in the field.
- Proficiency in interpreting design plans, layouts, and specifications.
- Strong carpentry and woodworking skills, including the ability to use hand and power tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional quality.
- Physical fitness and stamina for handling the demands of installation work.
- Valid driver's license with a clean drivers’ abstract and reliable transportation.

- Secondary School (preferred)
