**Supply Chain & Logistics Coordinator**

- Ensure proper packaging/labeling of all products being shipped.
- Assist with the flow of outgoing finished products to customer.
- Control the flow of incoming shipments to ensure on-time arrival.
- Complete incoming specifications for packaging/shipping materials and certain raw materials as required.
- Create and manage Purchase Orders
- Communicate with Suppliers and Customers

**Key Accountabilities**
- Monitor incoming shipments and provide courier/freight forwarder with required documentation.
- Picking and packing of outgoing shipments as required.
- Communication and relationship building with freight forwarders and couriers
- Timely communication and escalation of shipping issues to Dept Head and suggested resolution plan to correct issues.
- Ownership of Warehouse Area including controlling the disposition of materials to internal company departments.
- Maintenance and organization of Warehouse Area, as required.
- Daily tracking of incoming shipments.
- Complete physical and ERP (documentation) receiving of all incoming goods
- Execute, maintain, create, and/or revise Departmental Quality Documentation as required

**Abilities, Attributes, & Experience**
- Computer Competency (ERP System, Powership, and any other freight forwarder, courier, vendor, or customer portals).
- Experience with inventory management and data entry
- Knowledge of/experience with shipping/receiving and logistics functions
- Coachable
- Efficient
- Personable and a strong team player
- Basic accounting skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Effective time management ability
- Attention to detail
- Problem-solving/troubleshooting
- Self-Starter
- Preferred: Ability to see beyond day-to-day activities and look at the bigger picture; ability to analyze and suggest areas of improvement that would make the department more streamlined and efficient
- Preferred: Knowledge of Sage ERP System and applicable “plug in” modules

**Education**
- High School Diploma
- Some college or university is considered an asset.
