What does this job Involve?
Work with Operations Excellence lead and other sustainable operations team members to develop, maintain, and improve upon program components.

Help in developing best practices library and database.

Leverage analytical skills to form Power BI ,Smart Sheets (or similar tools) generated reports on business analytics data and employee technical survey.

Own the knowledge management within Sustainable Operations and responsible for maintaining the Sustainable Operations Internal Sharepoint

Help in maintaining Technical Toolset for practitioners in Sustainable Operations

Bring innovative ideas and seek best in class template, tools and delivery reports to compile standard set of delivery toolkits for Sustainable Operations Platform

Understanding the implementation of sustainability across the life cycle of commercial real estate, including critical stakeholder roles, and how to leverage data.

Help in creating Learning & Development Modules for Sustainable Operations platform

Assist in managing general tasks relevant to the Centre of Excellence (including communications, reporting, follow ups).

Managing access requests for the internal SharePoint and associated content

Communications and presentation support

Minimum Requirement
3-5 years’ experience in similar analyst role

Must have an experience in Sustainability or work experience in related industry ( ESG related, HVAC, asset analytics).

Proficient in using MS Excel, Smart Sheet, Power BI to combine and analyse data from various sources, and generate reports and graphics.

Must be able to combine large volumes of data for consolidated reporting.

Ability to perform data analysis and identify the gaps and trends in data.

Excellent communication skills including the ability to identify and describe data anomalies and provide solutions accordingly.

Ability to multi-task and manage priorities to meet deadlines.

Lateral thinking and problem-solving skills.

Desired Requirement
Understanding of Sustainability or work experience in related team

Experience with developing Learning & Development

Advanced knowledge of SharePoint

Experience with Commercial Real-Estate

Involved with the Operations of multi-disciplinary teams

Project management experience or PMP certification
