**Responsibilities**:

- Provide 1st level IT phone support to corporate users in Head-office and remote branches.
- Provide IT local support to Head-office users by:

- Installing PCs software and hardware.
- Installing new computers and preparing old equipment for recycling and disposal.
- Providing basic troubleshooting with LAN/WAN connectivity and wireless phones.
- Register, correct, and escalate user requests through the use of corporate tools, including remote support and TOPdesk (ITSM).
- Help the IT department maintain asset information updated and accurate.

**Competencies**:

- Good verbal and written communication skills to clearly explain technical issues to both technical and non-technical users.
