**RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES**
- Educating clients by helping them understand lash extensions
- Provide superior customer service
- Complete daily tasks and work towards daily goal
- Work as part of a team to meet both individual and team goals
- Organize and keep track of the Client's bookings and lash info updating
- Maintain a sanitary workstation and keeping the shop organized and clean

- Ability to engage clients in conversations that build an understanding of their needs
- Experience in developing a sound knowledge of a broad range of products and services
- Understanding of different eye shapes and how to enhance each type using different sizes of lashes

**Requirement**
- Previous experience in lash extensions
- Ability to work with mínimal direct supervision*
- Well-developed verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to adapt to a changing environment
- Time management skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, Permanent

**Salary**: Commission + 100% Tip

Schedule:

- Salon Open: Mon~Sat 10:30am-7pm
