We are looking for a Lash Specialist to provide excellent eyelash and eye care services for our customers. You will be responsible for all aspects of customer service, including making an appointment with our guests, getting the best from them to the point they are comfortable with their eyelashes. Your ideal job would be responsible for meeting the expectations of our clients and making them comfortable with their new look. You will be skilled in providing lash tips and services, so you will have a good understanding of how to make them feel at ease with their new look. Ultimately, you should be able to provide quality and efficient care under the patient’s care.

Responsibilities include:

- Make an appointment with customers to come see you at your place of business.
- Take care of all aspects of customer service including but not limited to: greeting customers, answering questions, providing services, etc.
- Provide treatment options (lash, extensions, etc.)and answer questions about them.
- Provide a comfortable and relaxing environment for patients during their visit.
- Ensure that all treatments are performed in the most efficient manner possible while maintaining consistent results.
- Ensure that your equipment is in good working order and report any issues to your supervisor.

**Skills**:

- Proven experience as Lash Specialist or similar role (minimum 2 years) or interest in learning Lash Specialist's role.
- Expertise in providing top-notch services such as set-ons, volumizing, micro-lashes and more.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality (e.g., regarding patient information).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to make outgoing pleasantries for patients (e.g., by smiling).
