**Responsibilities**:
Under the direction of the Manager, the Operations Supervisor will manage and support the operations of the Dry Bulk and Pneumatic services within the Alberta Reload Logistics division. As part this team, duties will include daily coordination, service completion, and project execution, with a focus on customer service, dispatch, and administration. All activities will comply with customer and Arrow HSE standards.

You will oversee the planning and management of the dry bulk unit, ensuring the needs of new and existing clients are met. Additionally, business development, team communication, and the creation of meaningful KPIs will be key aspects of your responsibilities.
- Support and execute the daily pneumatic transactional logistic/trucking activities.
- Ensure complete shipment information including customer required documentation, load confirmations, POD, and correct cost structure is provided.
- Provide internal and external Customer Service excellence.
- Support dispatch with operational planning, managing, and tracking.
- Implement and manage Arrow's unit management systems, including Navistream and DTMS, as needed.
- Learn and develop on-site and in-field technical skills as required to operate dry bulk units and provide support for drivers/operators.
- Assist in the generation of positive revenue and margins through negotiated, competitive rate structure.
- Develop and implement new and existing business development opportunities through strategic qualified internal and external sales leads and customer contact.
- Input and manage Customer service metrics including daily, weekly monthly reporting as required in conjunction with existing customer service.
- Manage all costs and expenditures within Arrow's accepted practice.
- Comply with all rules and regulations, protocols and established metrics.
- Travel to customer sites or other Arrow offices as required.
- Other duties as assigned by the Management.

You Possess:

- A minimum of 5 years proven pneumatic/bulk transportation and brokerage experience
- Preference will be given to those with post-secondary certificate or Degree (Business, Supply Chain, CITT /Transportation).
- Experience with conventional and oilsands energy sector including drilling and production as it relates to bulk operations
- Strong safety proclivity/safety oriented
- Strong organizational and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize customer demands
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
- Excellent customer service skills
- A motivated self-starter with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
