- Conduct market research to determine property values and competitive prices.
- Prepare and present property listings to potential buyers or tenants.
- Coordinate property showings and open houses for interested parties.
- Negotiate and facilitate real estate transactions, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for all parties involved.
- Provide guidance and support to clients throughout the entire real estate process, from initial consultation to closing.
- Stay updated on market trends, property values, and legal regulations related to real estate transactions.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, real estate professionals, and other stakeholders in the industry.
- Use various marketing channels to promote properties and attract potential clients.
- Attend industry events and participate in networking activities to expand your professional network.

**Requirements**:

- Valid Real Estate License in Ontario
- Proven track record as a successful Real Estate Agent.
- Entry level Real Estate Agents welcome.
- Excellent knowledge of the local Real Estate market and current trends.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Customer-oriented approach with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Proficient in using real estate databases and software.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and client needs.
