**Responsibilities**:

- **Client Consultation**: Meet with clients to discuss their real estate needs and preferences, and provide expert advice on the current market trends, property values, and investment opportunities.
- **Property Listings**: Create and manage property listings on multiple listing services (MLS) and other platforms. Ensure listings are accurate, detailed, and appealing.
- **Property Showings**: Arrange and conduct property viewings for prospective buyers and renters. Highlight the features and benefits of each property, addressing any questions or concerns.
- **Market Analysis**: Conduct comparative market analysis to estimate property values and help clients make informed decisions. Stay updated on local market trends and developments.
- **Negotiations**: Negotiate purchase agreements, contracts, and terms on behalf of clients. Ensure all parties are satisfied and transactions are fair and beneficial.
- **Documentation**: Prepare and review all necessary paperwork, including purchase agreements, contracts, and closing documents. Ensure compliance with all legal requirements and regulations.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and communication throughout the buying or selling process.
- **Networking**: Develop and maintain a network of contacts, including mortgage lenders, appraisers, home inspectors, and other real estate professionals.
- **Continued Education**: Stay informed about the latest real estate laws, regulations, and best practices. Attend workshops, seminars, and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.

**Qualifications**:

- **Licensing**: Valid real estate license in [Province].
- **Experience**: Proven experience as a real estate agent or sales professional in the real estate industry.
- **Knowledge**: In-depth understanding of the local real estate market and current market conditions.
- **Skills**: Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- **Technology**: Proficiency with real estate software, MLS, and digital marketing tools. Zoho. Comfortable using social media platforms for property promotion.
- **Customer Service**: A client-focused mindset with a commitment to providing exceptional service and building long-term relationships.
- **Transportation**: Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
