**Your days will include**:
- Designing and delivering training programs.
- Creating and adapting training materials to meet company and regulatory standards.
- Identifying training needs and collaborating with departments to address them.
- Facilitating leadership and production focused training
- Evaluating training effectiveness through feedback and data analysis.
- Maintaining training records for compliance.
- Traveling to various production sites to deliver on-site training and support production teams.
**To succeed in this role, you must possess**:
- Expertise in creating and delivering training programs with a strong ability to engage participants.
- Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams and environments, including plant production areas.
- 5+ years of experience in training, facilitation, or a similar role.
- Comfortable working in manufacturing and barn environments.
- Post-secondary diploma or degree in Adult Learning, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders.
- Advanced skills in presentation building. Proficiency in VISME and other design tools is an asset.
