Training Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Training Development Specialist to join our team at HyLife Foods LP.
About the RoleThis is a permanent, full-time opportunity with competitive compensation and benefits. The estimated salary for this role is $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities- Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for employees
- Create and adapt training materials to meet company and regulatory standards
- Identify training needs and collaborate with departments to address them
- Facilitate leadership and production-focused training sessions
- Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and data analysis
- Maintain training records for compliance
- Expertise in creating engaging training programs
- Strong collaboration skills with ability to work across diverse teams and environments
- 5+ years of experience in training, facilitation, or a similar role
- Comfortable working in manufacturing and barn environments
- Post-secondary diploma or degree in Adult Learning, Organizational Development, or a related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced skills in presentation building and design tools (VISME)
