**Responsibilities**-:

- Maintenance Manager will be responsible for overseeing maintenance inventory control, management of equipment breakdowns and preventative maintenance program while establishing quality and cost standards.
- Provide leadership to Maintenance personnel to ensure consistent quality of work, attainment of safety and productivity goals/standards.
- Ensure implementation of the Prevention Maintenance Program with focus on preventing the plant from equipment breakdowns.
- Ensure adherence to company safety standards, policies and procedures.
- Hands on individual with the proven ability to provide leadership and direction within the maintenance department.
- The Maintenance Manager leads the department to ensure that all plant equipment and maintenance systems function in an efficient and safe manner.
- Provides technical leadership by assessing production requirements and matching available resources to complete preventative maintenance and corrective work orders.

**Maintenance Manager Education and Experience**:

- **Comes with 5 years of supervisory/management experience** **in a manufacturing environment.**:

- Proven leadership skills to manage performance and inspire team to achieve results. Assertive communication skills both verbally and written.
- Demonstrated operating skills in organizing, planning and time management, as well as getting work done through others with the ability to manage and measure team members work progress.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $100,000.00-$115,000.00 per year
