Clarity Okanagan Counselling and Consultation Inc. offers clinical counselling supports to clients locally in Kelowna and online throughout the province. We are committed to the wellness of our clients and are looking for the right fit to become a valued team member.

This is a contract counselling opportunity available for part-time or full-time work and is perfect for registered psychologists at any stage in their career. Whether you are a new grad just starting out, or someone with experience and existing clients, joining our practice can offer a comfortable, supportive, encouraging environment. This is a contract opportunity, and includes office space, marketing/networking opportunities, peer consultation, and a competitive compensation rate. Be your own boss while having the security of a group practice where you are not isolated We take care of the backend, allowing you to focus on your clients and practice.

About the Role:

- Providing individual and/or group therapy sessions, completing psychological assessments and evaluations for diagnosis and treatment,

Skills & Qualifications:

- Ph.D. in Psychology from a university or school recognized by the College of Psychologists’ of British Columbia.
- Current registration with the College of Psychologists’ of British Columbia (or eligible for registration).
- Individual insurance coverage (Professional AND Liability).
- Up-to-date technology and fast internet connection for online counselling (if you plan on offering online

counselling supports).
- Desire to thrive and grow within a group setting.
- Desire to contribute to the growth and wellness of the practice, and work with the group towards success

for all.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication and organizational skills.
