**Job Requirements**:

- Diploma, certification or equivalent in the computer science field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in assessing customer requirements, developing and implementing technical and business solutions;
- Minimum 2 years’ experience providing customer support services in an information technology environment and helping end users to use and understand computer hardware and software.
- Experience with JIRA/Confluence
- Experience supporting Web Analytics - including use of Snowplow, Looker
- Experience with scripting (PowerShell, Bash and/or SQL)
- Experience managing/supporting SharePoint 2016
