The Digital Workplace and Collaboration Services Branch (DWCS) is responsible for implementing high-quality tools to support a modern digital workplace. By delivering employee-ready tools and supports, DWCS enables and empowers all B.C. Public Service employees to deliver services to the citizens of B.C. DWCS is focused on providing simple, accessible, and approachable solutions to employees, by delivering the information and resources employees need to access and use digital tools and services. Taking an agile and evidence-based approach, the teams that make up DWCS work hand-in-hand with ministries to evolve the digital employee experience and support government’s approach to flexible work.

**THE ROLE**:
**Job Requirements**:

- An equivalent combination of education, training and *related experience may be considered:

- A degree in Information Technology and/or Information Management or a related technical field, and a minimum one (1) years of *related experience in a similar role; OR,
- A diploma in Information Technology and/or Information Management or a related technical field, and a minimum two (2) years of *related experience in a similar role; OR,
- A certification in Information Technology and/or Information Management or a related technical field, and a minimum three (3) years of *related experience in a similar role; OR, Secondary School graduation and four (4) years of *related experience.- Related experience (within the last ten years) includes delivering technical operational support and user administration for Microsoft 365 Tools in a large enterprise environment
- A minimum of one (1) year experience in assessing client requirements and developing, advising and implementing technical and business solutions to meet their needs.
- A minimum of one (1) year experience in testing and evaluating systems and/or hardware, and proposing and implementing technical solutions. A minimum of one (1) year experience coordinating technical projects for multiple clients and stakeholders with competing priorities and timelines.Preference may be given to applicants with:

- Two (2) or more years experience in assessing client requirements, developing and implementing technical and business solutions. Two (2) or more years experiences providing technical solutions/support to clients for Microsoft 365 Communication tools (e.g. Skype, Teams, Hosted voice services, Teams meeting rooms, Exchange and/or SharePoint)**About this Position**:
