Warehouse Manager

Overview:
**Primary Duties and Responsibilities** include, but are not limited to:
- Overseeing appliance receiving, warehousing, distribution, and maintenance operations
- Produce reports regularly (IN/OUT status report, dead stock report etc.)
- Manage stock control (first in and first out system in place) and reconcile with inventory system
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry into inventory management systems
- Optimize warehouse layout for efficient space utilization and workflow
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for warehouse activities
- Preparation of items for shipping (Inbound/Outbound) including printing BOLs, consent forms and other documentation as required
- Work on returns to see if appliances can be reused by changing doors etc.
- Able to track returns and follow manufacturer guidelines on RA processes
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse
- Light maintenance work as required
- Daily communication with the Delivery Teams
- Accountable for consent forms being properly signed and completed.
- Unloading of deliveries, preparation of items for shipping;
- Strong communication skills and computer skills;
- Able to effectively multi-task and to recognize and address important and time-sensitive tasks.

- Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost reductions

**Safety and Compliance**:
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
- Conduct regular safety audits and implement corrective actions as needed
- Investigate and report any incidents or accidents
**Experience**:
- Proven experience in warehouse management or similar role
- Strong knowledge of warehouse key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Proficient in inventory management software
- Knowledge of company software and Microsoft Office Suite 365
- Efficient data entry ability and problem-solving skills to ensure accurate records
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
- Experience in implementing process improvements
- Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or related field preferred
