**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement social media strategies that align with the unique goals of our clients.
- Manage multiple social media accounts across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and TikTok.
- Create compelling, platform-specific content, including posts, graphics, videos, and stories.
- Analyze performance metrics and generate reports to optimize strategies and demonstrate ROI.
- Collaborate with clients from various sectors to understand their brand voice and target audience.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends, tools, and best practices in social media and digital marketing.
- Respond to comments, messages, and mentions to build and maintain online communities.
- Work with cross-functional teams (e.g., design, content, and marketing) to execute cohesive campaigns.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in managing social media accounts and campaigns for multiple clients.
- Strong understanding of different industries and the ability to adapt content accordingly.
- Creative flair for designing and writing engaging, on-brand content.
- Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
- Proficiency in analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Insights).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- A proactive and collaborative mindset, with an eagerness to bring fresh ideas to the table.
