As a Fulfillment team member, you are responsible for ensuring ChopValue customers have the best experience with our products. You will take ownership of all stages of the fulfillment process.

**Your Responsibilities**:
**Fulfillment Team Member Duties**:

- Deliver shift and daily goals to meet product demand
- Fulfill product orders to specific standards
- Work to a high standard, with a thorough attention to detail
- Train and specialize in the operation of the laser engraver station, including setup, custom engraving, maintenance and troubleshooting
- Perform continual inspection of products, to ensure our product quality is consistent
- Act as our brand advocate and maintain brand image for product to ensure that our product packages adhere to our brand guide and specifications
