Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and friendly Server/Cashier to join our team. As a Server/Cashier, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking orders, handling cash transactions, and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. Responsibilities: - Greet customers and assist them in selecting menu items - Take customer orders accurately and efficiently - Enter orders into the POS system and process payments - Handle cash transactions, including giving change and processing credit card payments - Prepare and serve beverages to customers - Deliver food orders to tables in a timely manner - Ensure tables are clean and set up properly for the next guest - Assist with food preparation as needed - Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and promotions - Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns promptly Skills: - Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures - Proficiency in operating a POS system for order entry and payment processing - Strong cash handling skills with accuracy in giving change - Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly - Basic knowledge of food handling and preparation techniques - Familiarity with the food industry and different types of cuisines - Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail - Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently - Basic math skills for calculating bills, tips, and discounts We offer competitive pay rates and flexible scheduling options.
