**About ReBlink**

**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Managing and tracking project goals, timelines, resources, and budget with extreme attention to detail.
- Utilizing project management software to document, track, and report progress in real-time.
- Acting as a primary point of communication, providing frequent status updates to internal teams and stakeholders.
- Collaborating cross-functionally with game designers, engineers, artists, and other teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Identifying, communicating, and managing project risks and issues.
- Leading agile ceremonies such as daily standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Game Design, Business, Project Management or related field.
- Proven experience as a Game Producer, Project Manager, or similar role in the gaming industry.
- Strong experience with project management tools like Notion, JIRA, Asana, Trello, or similar.
- Deep understanding of game development processes, methodologies, and lifecycle.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate and manage challenges.
- Flexibility and adaptability to rapid changes in project scope and direction.
- Ability to provide clear and concise status updates in real-time.
- Passion for gaming and familiarity with various genres and trends.
