**Job Summary**:
Reporting to the Parts Manager, the Parts Advisor is a customer service specialist who responds quickly and efficiently to customer requests. The individual in this position is integral to the Parts Sales department Team and in after-sale customer satisfaction.

**The job**:

- Provide information about parts, pricing and availability
- Process orders accurately and efficiently
- Assist customers in selecting and purchasing the right parts for their vehicles
- Maintain inventory levels and ensure parts are well-organized
- Handle customer inquiries and issues
- Collaborate with the service department to fulfill orders

**Wage**: $55k - $65k base + commissions and RRSP plan

**The requirements**:

- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to thrive in stressful and time-sensitive situations
- The drive, determination, and motivation to succeed every day
- Positive, enthusiastic and passionate attitude toward the automotive industry
- Previous dealership or automotive experience is an asset
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s License upon employment

Pay: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
