**Minimum age required for this position is 18 years**
- **_Responsible for set up, operation and clean-up of grill stations and kitchen equipment._**

Maintain fixture and fittings cleanliness, ensure enough packaging to prepare customer orders, communicate with manager regarding stock shortages, switch on fryers and check correct temperatures, test oil, filter oil, measures and mixes ingredients for dishes, prepare any menu items that must be prepared.
- **_Preparation of food before and during a shift and cooking dishes. _**Preparing chicken and menu items, preparing fries, cooking all menu items and customer meals, check and fill up basting sauces and all other food items that will be required during shift.
- **_Washing and storage of dishes._**

Washing pots, dishes, silverware and other utensils.
- **_Maintaining a sanitary work environment._**

Mops and sweeps all floor areas in kitchen and back-of-house areas, Removes trash to the dumpster, keeps washing up area equipment clean, keeps fridge and freezers clean.

**Salary**: $15.50-$17.00 per hour
