- Operate and monitor machines, including CNC Punchpress, Brake press & Spot Welders
- Set up machines according to specifications and blueprints
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance
- Inspect finished products for quality assurance
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during production
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment

- Previous experience as a machine operator or in a similar role
- Proficiency in operating various types of machinery, such as CNC Punchpress, Brake press & Spot Welders
- Familiarity with Solid works and Master Bendcam programming is a plus
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Knowledge of welding, assembly, and calibration techniques
- Experience operating a forklift is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform accurate measurements using calipers or other measuring tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot machine issues

**Salary**: $15.50-$23.96 per hour
