**Dans ce rôle, vous obtiendrez à**:
La principale responsabilité de ce poste est de diriger tous les aspects de l'exploitation de l'entreprise de services dans un emplacement spécifique et / ou plusieurs emplacements dans un territoire. Atteindre une croissance rentable grâce à l'excellence opérationnelle tout en offrant à nos clients la meilleure expérience possible. Ce poste relève du directeur des Opérations territoriales et/ou s'il y a lieu.
Zone géographique de responsabilité : Telle que définie dans la lettre d'offre/la couverture du territoire.
Les responsabilités particulières de ce poste peuvent comprendre, sans toutefois s'y limiter, les suivantes:
- Superviser la mise en œuvre des politiques et des programmes de sécurité en assurant un leadership sur les pratiques de travail sécuritaires. Organiser, documenter et rendre compte des réunions mensuelles sur la sécurité. Approuver les POWRAs tout en tenant à jour tous les documents liés à la sécurité conformément aux lignes directrices de l'entreprise et de la PEP.
- Superviser et gérer tous les aspects des opérations quotidiennes en soutenant les agents sur le terrain (techniciens) et en coordonnant avec les agents du personnel (coordonnateurs de service, d'entretien et techniques, etc.) pour soutenir tous les appels de service, les inspections et les réparations.
- Planifier, attribuer et gérer les heures de travail sur le terrain afin de maximiser la rentabilité et la productivité (95 %)
- Examinez la marge et gérez les performances de travail en cours de service pour assurer une exécution précise dans les heures de travail et les coûts estimés, etc. Analyser et signaler à la direction tout écart important par rapport aux plans de travail originaux ou tout changement dans la portée des travaux.
- Soutenir et diriger le calendrier des inspections et des réparations.
- Intervenir et soutenir les situations d'urgence au besoin.
- Fournir des conseils techniques aux clients et aux techniciens pour soutenir ou faciliter le contact avec les ressources appropriées pour répondre aux besoins.
- Assurez-vous que les agents sur le terrain effectuent leurs examens de sécurité et de visite et coordonnent l'examen du service avec le personnel de vente interne. Encadrer les agents sur le terrain pour la conduite des examens.
- Offrir des possibilités d'amélioration aux clients Prendre les mesures appropriées / évaluer les urgences pour assurer une réponse rapide / coordonner avec les ventes internes.
- Résoudre les plaintes des clients, dans les limites des lignes directrices établies, à la satisfaction du client et dans le meilleur intérêt de l'entreprise. Tout problème non résolu doit être rapidement transmis au niveau de la haute direction pour une résolution rapide.
- Recueillir des informations sur la garantie, surveiller et signaler toute demande potentielle de garantie ou de crédit au directeur des opérations (TOM) avant d'autoriser les travaux. Communiquer le statut avec le client et autoriser le bon de travail ou de commande, s'il y a lieu, en suivant les lignes directrices établies.
- Aider le TOM à définir les besoins et les exigences en matière de formation pour tous les travailleurs sur le terrain.
- Superviser les réparations et les projets plus importants pour assurer le succès.
- Examiner et approuver le temps des techniciens en MM4 et WP tel que soumis quotidiennement pour s'assurer qu'il est complet, précis, attribué aux bons numéros de travail et conformément à la politique de l'entreprise.
