**The Chefs Pantry**
Chefs Pantry is a wholesaler based in Markham as well as the Head Office to multiple upscale restaurants in Markham and Toronto.
**Summary**
As our Assistant Hospitality Manager, you will help and assist our current restaurant managers at each of their locations. You will be bridging between our various sites to ensure optimal operations.
As our Assistant Hospitality Manager, your primary responsibilities will be:
- Work with the managers of the various sites to ensure smooth operations of all places.
- Ensure supplies and equipment are adequate in quantity and quality
- Handling customer complaints when necessary
- Assist in pricing products or services
- Taking management or serving shifts
**Experience and Skillset Required**:
- Previous Restaurant managerial role
- Previous serving experience at a similar style restaurants.
- Hands-on experience in customer service or sales
- Proficient in MS, especially Word and Excel
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Outstanding communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving aptitude
**Salary**: $50,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
**Experience**:
- Restaurant management: 1 year (preferred)
- Serving: 2 years (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Smart Serve (preferred)
Work Location: In person
