**Description de tâches**:
Le rôle de **Gestionnaire de compte** chez LTi est responsable des relations avec les clients ainsi de la croissance organique de leur volume d’affaires dans les comptes et la région spécifiés qui leur sont attribués. Ce rôle nécessite de grandes compétences de communication, une personnalité énergique et une solide éthique de travail. Ce rôle nécessite un bon sens d’urgence, de la réactivité, de la passion et de la motivation pour atteindre les objectifs de vente et de croissance, les seuils de marge bénéficiaire et les résultats de service de qualité (QOS). La capacité de bien saisir et comprendre des situations complexes et de prévoir ce qui doit être accompli pour réussir est essentielle pour ce poste. Posséder une mentalité d’entrepreneurship, l’accomplissement des résultats, l’imputabilité et la responsabilité sont essentielles pour réussir.

**Responsabilités**:

- Stimule la croissance en identifiants de nouvelles opportunités avec les principaux décideurs et détermine l’approche appropriée pour chaque client.
- Sert les comptes clients assignés et étend les services transport en fournissant un excellent service en trouvant des moyens de répondre aux besoins des clients.
- Gère la relation entre le client et LTi Logistics.
- Crée des solutions basées sur les besoins des clients et établit des relations solides avec ceux-ci en restant en communication constante pour s’assurer que les besoins quotidiens et à long terme sont satisfaits.
- Démontre une connaissance et une capacitée de l’industrie et peut appliquer ses compétences dans des situations nouvelles ou complexes.
- Tire parti de ses compétences organisationnelles pour gérer plusieurs clients.
- Gère les attentes des clients et fournit un service exceptionnel
- Travaille en collaboration avec d’autres départements pour gérer correctement les besoins des clients tout en atteignant les objectifs de l’entreprise en matière de revenus, de marge bénéficiaire brute et de qualité de service.
- Effectue de toutes autres tâches connexes.

**Exigences/Qualifications**
- Minimum de 2 ans d’expérience avérée dans un rôle similaire; baccalauréat préféré.
- Excellente compétence en matière de relation d’affaires.
- Excellente compétence en matière de la pensée critique et d’orientation des procéssus.
- Solides capacités de communication et d’écoute.
- Capacité à établir la confiance et un bon rapport avec les clients.
- Capacité à développer une compréhension approfondie des activités de l’industrie et des besoins puis élaborer des solutions pour aider le professionnel à atteindre ses objectifs.
- Capacite d’être autonome et organiser.
- Compréhension du marché de l’industrie de la logistique est préférée.
- Solides compétences informatiques (Outlook, Excel, Powerpoint)

**Salary**: $55,500.00 per year
