Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Store Manager or similar role in a retail environment
  • Strong sales and customer service skills
  • Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
  • Ability to effectively train and develop staff members
  • Proficient in cash handling procedures
  • Knowledge of market trends and buying strategies
