Hexafusion IT Solutions is seeking a IT Network Technician with extensive experience in deploying and managing sophisticated network infrastructures and server systems. This role is critical for ensuring the optimal performance, security, and efficiency of our systems.
**Responsibilities**:
- Deploying and managing advanced network infrastructures, including firewalls, routers, switches, and access points with mínimal provisioning.
- Administering and configuring IP Phone systems, ensuring seamless communication channels across the organization.
- Implementing and maintaining NAS systems for efficient data storage and management.
- Overseeing and configuring a range of Wireless Acess Points, ensuring optimal network coverage and performance.
- Installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting various computer and server brands (DELL, Lenovo, HP, ASUS, etc.), ensuring reliable and efficient operation.
- Developing and implementing robust Backup and Disaster Recovery solutions to protect critical data.
- Effectively managing operating systems including Mac, Windows 10 and 11, and Windows Server environments.
- Handling cloud services such as Microsoft Entra ID and Amazon AWS, ensuring optimal utilization and performance.
- Maintaining UPS systems to ensure consistent power supply and system reliability.
- Proactively managing, diagnosing, and resolving a diverse range of IT equipment and system issues.
**Skills and Qualifications**:
- Proven ability to deploy and manage complex network and server infrastructures with mínimal provisioning.
- Extensive experience in IT Network Technician, including hands-on experience with the listed systems and devices.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting sophisticated network, server, and telecommunication issues.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, CCNA) are highly valued.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
**Requirements**:
- Legal eligibility to work in Canada.
- Minimum three years of relevant experience.
- Degree or diploma in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- BC Class 5 driver's license and reliable vehicle for site visits.
- Ability to manage IT equipment physically as needed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $23.00-$27.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 35 per week
