Maple Moose Pub is looking for a Bartender/Server with supervisory or management experience to serve our customers and assist with various supervisory duties. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, and a passion for serving great food and drinks to the community.

**Must be able to work nights and weekends**

Pay will be adjusted to above minimum wage based on abilities.

Bartenders must be able to:

- Prepare and serve alcoholic beverages such as beer, wine, and other beverages to customers;
- Serve food and/or non-alcoholic items to customers;
- Use a variety of serving utensils and equipment;
- Clean dishes, glasses, and other serving surfaces;
- Stock inventory;
- Work at a quick pace;
- Follow all health and safety regulations;
- Maintain a clean work environment;
- Comply with established rules and regulations of the work area and its contents;
- Demonstrate knowledge of our menu items;
- Possess the ability to learn new recipes;
- Be able to work as a team member in order to achieve common goals;
- Be able to communicate effectively with our guests and team members.

**Skills**:

- Proven working experience as a server/bartender;
- Excellent knowledge of drink menu items, as well as other ingredients used in drinks;
- Ability to work on the fly and at the direction of the Manager;
- Must be able to work nights, weekends, and some holidays when needed.
- Ability to coach, motivate and train co-workers and new staff
- Must have Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $15.50 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed
