**About the company**

Nelson Parametrics is an industrial design and design engineering firm that produces concept art through to finished tooling, encompassing prototypes/fabrication drawings/presentation renderings and animation. Services include product design and 3D modelling, parametric modelling, 3D printing and prototyping, 3D laser scanning, Fabrication Drawings, Rendering, Animation, Finite Element Analysis, “As Built” Documentation, Assembly Instructions Seethe metal Design, Injection Mold Part/Tool Design, Millwork design, extrusion Design, structural settle detailing, Staircases/railings
- Architectural metal work and electrical enclosures.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and log defects in and potential improvements.
- Install, configure, maintain, and administer systems (e.g. vulnerability patching, version currency, capacity planning, performance tuning, service level reporting, backup, recovery, security (user authentication, encryption, logging, etc.) to prevent, resolve, or escalate issues.
- Acquire, install, and upgrade computer components and software and maintain secure environments through system access controls, backups, and firewalls.
- Monitor vendor performance against service level agreements.
- Manage network infrastructure including switches, routers, firewalls, and cabling.
- Manage the Storage Area Network. Monitor performance and data consumption of all systems and remediate storage problems in an efficient manner.
- Responds to and investigates incident response processes to service outages and performance issues.
- Provide end user support and troubleshoot on system and software.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $28.95 per hour

**Benefits**:
