Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to join our team. As an Early Childhood Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children to learn and grow. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of children during their crucial early years.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities
- Provide a safe and supportive learning environment for children
- Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development in each child
- Collaborate with parents and guardians to ensure the well-being and progress of each child
- Monitor and assess the development of each child, identifying areas for improvement or additional support
- Maintain accurate records of each child's progress and development
- Communicate effectively with colleagues, parents, and guardians regarding the needs and progress of each child
- Create a positive classroom environment that promotes inclusivity, respect, and diversity

**Experience**:
Must be a Registered Early Childhood Educator with the College of Early Educators of Ontario
- Previous experience working in early childhood education or childcare settings is preferred
- Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education
- Familiarity with special education strategies and techniques is a plus
- Excellent organizational skills to effectively plan lessons and manage classroom activities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with children, parents, and colleagues
- Proficiency in computer operations for administrative tasks
