Weekend Cleaner

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to work as a weekend cleaner at a sawmill. As a cleaner, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and hygiene of the sawmill facilities during the weekend shift.

**Responsibilities**:

- Clean and sanitize the sawmill facilities, including the office, restrooms, break room, and other areas as assigned.
- Sweep and mop floors, remove debris and garbage, and dispose of waste in appropriate containers.
- Clean windows, mirrors, and other surfaces as necessary.
- Stock and maintain supplies in restrooms and break room.
- Ensure that all cleaning equipment and supplies are stored properly and securely.
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines.

**Requirements**:

- Previous cleaning experience preferred.
- Attention to detail and thoroughness.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Availability to work weekends

Physical Requirements:

- Ability to work in a dusty environment.
- Ability to use cleaning chemicals

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 12 per week

**Salary**: $14.00-$15.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 12 hour shift
- Day shift
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Valley, NS: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Work Location: One location
