Material Handler

Job Overview:
As a Material Handler / Order Picker, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth flow of materials and supplies necessary for our design projects. This position requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
**Responsibilities**:
Receive incoming shipments of materials and supplies, inspecting them for damage and verifying quantities against purchase orders.
Organize and maintain inventory storage areas, ensuring that materials are properly labeled, stored, and easily accessible.
Assist with inventory management tasks, including cycle counting, stock replenishment, and reconciliation of inventory discrepancies.
Prepare materials and supplies for design projects, including picking items from inventory based on project requirements and assembling kits or packages as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills for inventory management and order tracking.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
**Salary**: $22.40-$26.30 per hour
