**Required Skills**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Understanding the talent strategy and roadmap, work with SVP Global People & Organizational Development, People Business Partners and leaders to develop and launch talent programing and tools for the global organization to help leaders build and enhance a high-performance culture, in alignment with their overall business strategy
- Participate in the design, implementation and oversight of core talent programs and processes, specifically the talent review and performance management process, including managing all aspects of project planning, communication and execution during the annual cycle
- Participate in the design and implementation of the Global Engagement Survey, in addition to leading the launch and support of action planning with the People Business Partners
- Oversee the performance management system, including standards of performance, and performance evaluation tools
- Oversee day to day management of Learning platforms leveraged within the organization to ensure alignment to IMAX Talent Strategy
- Collaborate on change management efforts in developing communication and organizational change plans to ensure successful implementation of new processes, programs and initiatives including providing tool kits, job aids, etc.
- Identify programing and tools to contribute to coaching and management development and act as a resource to assist with the identification of development opportunities enhancing organizational capabilities, skills and competencies.
- Assist in building a framework for employee and organizational development practices across the company that accelerates readiness of successors for key roles
- Monitor workforce analytics/trends and provide insights into talent management best practices, translating alignment to IMAX talent strategy and programing across our global teams
- Identify, model and integrate diversity and inclusion initiatives within all aspects of the Global Talent programing
- Contribute to the development of a People Development scorecard, assessing functional and competency development throughout the organization

**Requirements/Qualifications**:

- Minimum 4+ years of professional HR experience specializing in talent development, Organizational Effectiveness/Development programs; preferably for a global organization
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Behaviour or related field. HR professional accreditation preferred
- Demonstrated ability to position yourself as a collaborative and trusted business partner to help drive the talent agenda
- Hands on experience participating in the design and rolling out of impactful and effective skills and knowledge training frameworks, executing against a talent development roadmap
- Proven ability to understand business needs and translate to effective and impactful programing, in a global matrix environment
- Experience in playing an active role with global company culture shift, including enhancement of leadership competency
- Comfortable flexing between ideation, design, delivery and coordination of people programs
- Expert level facilitation skills and experience with training delivery
