**About us**

Elite Aluminum Systems Ltd. is a Canadian business, loacted in Bolton, ON, specializing in the manufacturing and supply of aluminum railings for high rise buildings in the GTA. We are professional, agile, and fast-paced as we are part of the booming construction industry.

**Responsibilities**:

- Organize, plan, and prioritize work, assignments and production sequences to meet production goals according to demand.
- Order required material based on schedules and constant follow-up with suppliers for on-time material deliveries.
- Negotiate pricing and payment terms with suppliers to make sure material is ordered within budget and prices are controlled.
- Guide, direct and coordinate the activities of staff engaged in the production or processing of railings.
- Ensure that machinery and equipment are performing at capacity and within the established metrics.
- Recommend and implement measures to improve production methods, equipment performance, product quality or efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and solve problems and issues that arise with equipment, material, and staff.
- Requisition materials, supplies, equipment parts and repair services.
- Responsible for training, coaching, motivating, counselling, discipline, employee development, and performance management of staff.
- Responsible for handling and coordinating material deliveries between the suppliers, the fabrication shop, and the constrcution sites.

Set of Skills:

- Minimum of 3-5 years experience in the related industry strongly preferred with previous supervisory experience.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
- Strong ability to exercise analytical thinking and decision making.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work with mínimal supervision.
- Outstanding leadership skills and ability to manage workflow in an office setting.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrates a positive attitude and can work well in a team setting.
- Willing to comply with any additional training required by the company.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
