In this role, you will be responsible for OEMS process performance (driving sustainable business outcomes with the process), leveraging process standards, best practices, process health checks, supporting tools, metrics and KPIs, and competence management.

Minimum Requirements:

- 10 years of experience in contractor safety coordination and management
- Solid communications and business writing skills
- Sound understanding of safety fundamentals and statistics
- Field safety experience
- Experience conducting safety plan reviews
- Deep expertise in the Manage Health and Safety and Manage Contractor Safety process standards

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide guidance to sites and contractors to ensure effective execution of OEMS processes to independently drive contractor safety performance
- Onboard new process performers & Site Process Leads and provide regular coaching
- Extract insights from metrics, process health checks, Management Reviews, Operational Integrity Audit (OIA) findings, and industry best practices to drive continuous improvement
- Manage day-to-day tactical process improvement activities
- Complete the Work Process Management training and Auditor Skills training within the first year of being in role
- Play an integrator role across disciplines through their process, to deliver sustainable business outcomes

Location and other key details:

- You will work out of our Calgary head office or our Fort McMurray office (Hardin)
- This is an office-based role. Regular 40-hour work week, Monday to Friday
- Frequent travel to sites and participation in external engagements is required
