Working as a **QMS Coordinator - you will be reporting to our Quality Department**. You will play a vital role in supporting our plant and help ensure a smooth implementation of a QMS System. You will be the front lines of implementation and work along side our production team to ensure accurancy and detail. We are looking for hands on leaders and team players who aren't afraid of a challenge. Keeping open lines of communication will be essential, and being able to adapt is key in this role.

**Compensation and Benefits**
- **Compensation based on Experience and Skill Set - up to $33.00/hour**:

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Ensure the Smooth implementation of Quality Management System **(IATF16949/ISO9001).**:

- Work with other departments to develop the Management Systems strategy and the management arrangements for key milestones.
- Ensure that all in-house systems and procedures are updated, revised and modified to meet the needs of external certification bodies
- Ensure that all necessary systems and procedures are in place to satisfy all customer requirements and audits
- Manage QMS and ensure proper retention of records and documents.
- Create, update, and review QMS related documents, in collaboration with process owners.
- Chairs Management Review activities and preparation
- Provides training on quality system documentation
- Oversees the customer satisfaction and evaluation process
- Organize and manage internal and external audits for QMS and serves as the liaison with external auditing organizations.
- Manage the audit nonconformity database & provide detailed analysis of nonconformities
- Measures, monitors, and reports management KPIs and ensure KPIs are met by working to the overall plan
- Produce various reports and documentation as required.
- Other duties as assigned, this role supports the Stratford plant when needed

**Qualifications/Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Automotive experience in this role
- Preferred 3 years of experience in ISO, IATF, and document control standards
- Certified Lead Auditor preferred
- Good knowledge of implementation of ISO 9001,IATF
- Practical experience with written procedures and flowcharts based.
- Significant experience in a high volume manufacturing environment, preferably automotive
- Strong knowledge of the latest Automotive tools and techniques
- Demonstrated ability to follow all TG Minto policies and procedures

Pay: Up to $33.00 per hour
