**About You**
As Enkel’s **Client Success Lead**, you will liaise and collaborate with our delivery team to exceed client expectations in every interaction and with every service delivered. You will lead with compassion and unmatched problem-solving skills to optimize processes and resolve escalated client issues. With a positive attitude, a passion for customer experience, and a willingness to roll up your sleeves, you will be essential to driving a new wave of accounting and delivering cloud-based solutions to diverse for-profit and non-profit clients.

**A Day in the Life**
- Collaborate with Enkel’s Accounting and Client Success Teams to analyze client feedback and enhance service delivery and processes.
- Own the client success experience from initial query to the resolution of escalated customer issues while leading with understanding and diligence.
- Foster a positive client experience by being proactive and transparent with communication regarding timelines, deliverables, and status updates to avoid surprise and ambiguity.
- Determine the appropriate resources, team members, and technical queries that must be made to resolve client concerns in a timely manner.
- Regularly follow up with clients on resolution updates and outstanding inputs needed for the monthly financial close.

**Requirements & Qualifications**
- 1+ years of experience owning your role in Customer Support or Client Success in a service-driven work environment.
- Proven work history working with a ticket management system to identify client issues and initiate corrective action.
- Technically versed in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and Slack with a passion for technology and learning new systems.
- A client-centric and solutions-driven contributor passionate about optimizing client success and exceeding client expectations.
- Outstanding emotional intelligence and analytical ability to de-escalate client concerns with compassion, attention, and care.
- Exceptional communication and time-management abilities to prioritize competing tasks and thrive in fast-paced work environments.

**Nice to Haves**
- A basic understanding of accounting processes and cloud-based tools **_is considered an ass_**_e_**_t._**
