Saskatoon, Canada Carpenter's Church Full time

**About us**Carpenter's Church**, a multi-ethnic and multi-generational church located in the Mayfair neighborhood of Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada, is seeking a **half-time Youth Pastor/Leader** to lead our youth ministry, "The Project".

**Responsibilities**:

- Pastor and mentor youth as they face their unique issues of their context and developing years
- Work closely with the Lead Pastor and Church Leadership Team
- Provide oversight to the Youth Leadership Team
- Maintain a healthy and integral partnership with Youth For Christ
- Organize and lead outreach events and activities for youth
- Work with parents and families to build strong relationships and community connections

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in related field _or_ equivalent experience
- Active involvement in a local church
- Experience working with inner-city youth
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven leadership and mentoring capabilities
- Commitment to personal and spiritual growth
- Ability to work well in a team and with diverse groups of people
